The cleanliness test is needed to determine the quality of the washed parts. The sample in sterile packaging is delivered to the laboratory, where it is analyzed. The test result in the form of a report allows you to determine metallic and non-metallic impurities and fibers on the tested detail. Their number, size and weight are determined. On this basis, a classification of pollutants is performed.
We carry out tests in an accredited laboratory in accordance with the standards VDA19.1, ISO 16232 and individual standards of automotive industry companies.
